"Due to an admitted clerical error in the James Baker State Farm office in Williamsburg Kentucky. My account was charged over $500, two payments taken after I canceled my policies. I brought this to the attention of the staff at James Baker State Farm agent in Williamsburg, Kentucky, and was apologized to told it would be straightened up . Almost 30 days after me, letting them know of the problem I still have not received a refund . At this point, it feels personal, I feel like I’m being gaslighted and made to wait an unacceptable amount of time to be refunded. State Farm corporate says it’s James Baker‘s responsibility and James Baker says it’s State Farm‘s responsibility. I’m being severely mistreated by this company. I do not recommend them to anyone and I sure hope this gets cleared up within a timely manner."

As soon as the mistake was identified, we immediately contacted State Farm Corporate to address the issue and initiate the refund process. Unfortunately, as much as we’d like to resolve this directly from our office, State Farm Corporate is the one responsible for issuing the refund. They are currently experiencing a backlog, which has led to delays, but we have been in constant contact with them to ensure that the refund is processed as quickly as possible. I understand that this has taken longer than expected, and I truly appreciate your patience during this time. We’ve made every effort to explain this process to you, but I understand it can be frustrating when it feels like progress isn’t being made quickly enough. I can assure you we are actively working to get this resolved with State Farm Corporate. We value your business and want to make this right, and we hope you’ll allow us the time to ensure everything is cleared up.
